Friendly staff (owner?) , great bed, AC, fridge, microwave, two plugs for USB, desk and chair. Clean. Everything I needed for a short stay EXCEPT coffee/ tea and a cup to nuke.
Clean enough, especially compared to what else is around. Recommended.

Stayed in this cute little place 2 nights. Perfect locations and price. The room was clean the bed comfortable and the service was great. I will stay here when I come to visit my family.
